The trip went logistically well and we got to visit some amazing landscapes. However, we received a very difficult guide from Arctic Adventures/TREK. The group was too large in my opinion (12 people to 1 guide) and our guide was miserable. While he knew what...More

We completed the 4 days trek and it was really well organized. The guide was great and very professional. The food was good and the luggage transferred daily to the huts. Really a great experience that I recommend.

Hi there, thanks for contacting. I would recommend the 3 day tours in Þórsmörk or Landmannalaugar. Both are using huts and it's not difficult hikes. For a more challenging one you could do the 4 day Laugavegur in huts... More

There were no portable toilets along the way - I think our guide had plastic baggies just in case nature called. I always had a 1L of water with me. Enjoy!
