Myself and a friend took the express tour from Reykjavik. The day was long, as expected, but was broken up well with stops. The stops included places like the black beach and wasn't just service stops/food stops where there is nothing else to discover. Our driver shared a lot of information about the locations we stopped at and what was... More

We went on the Ice caving from Glacial Lagoon tour. Goecco is certainly different from the other tour providers: they seem to be smaller and it is more like becoming part of a family than going on a tourist attraction tour. Although the weather was not very good overall and there was a lot of rainfall the days before, we... More

We had an amazing experience on this tour. Both my wife and I will never forget the sites and landscapes we saw. Damon was a fantastic tour guide and by the end: a friend. Meeting Halli, our ice cave guide, was an experience in and of itself which was extremely enjoyable. At the guest house Egill was a great host... More

Adam and I booked this tour a while ago with Frederick who we met today before leaving for our ice cave tour. However, it was Halli aka the cave expert who took us there. He is extremely friendly and full of knowledge on everything Icelandic and more! He took us to the cave safely and took the time to explain... More

We booked a four elements tour with Goecco which was one of the best experiences of our trip. They are not a standard tour operator they are special. You go off the beaten track from sunrise to sunset and experience a magical mystery tour in-between. Lava caves, glaciers, waterfalls, thermal pools...amazing trip, amazing guide, amazing company. Book a tour you... More

What an amazing group of people! The 2 day Chasing Ice tour was epic! Definitely a bucket list tour! A few people I met on the tour and I are planning a reunion! Hallie, Gunnar, Arnar and Jonas are the best! Highly recommended. I can't wait for my next adventure with them!

My husband and I are not into super touristy attractions, we enjoy more learning about the history, culture and seeing the country and the people in their everyday ways. Gunner was our guide, but I wouldn't call him a guide, he was more like a friend showing us around his country. It never felt like a "tour" it felt like... More

Do not expect the usual guided bus tour. Here you travel off road in small groups. The tour took about 12 hours, from sunrise to sunset and with full activity. Lots of stops and self participation, and even when driving, lots to see out the windows. We enjoyed the day.

As of this writing, there are 613 reviews for Goecco. 8 rate the company poorly. That says enough as is, book with this group and never look back. Since you are here for a review though, I will make a post. There are many tour companies in Iceland. I have used a few, including Grey Line. In essence, the average... More

Let me begin by saying that we do not gravitate to tours when travelling and prefer to do a lot of research and explore ourselves. The big cookie cutter tours are a waste of money in my opinion because you rarely get a unique experience, they are expensive, and usually overcrowded. When travelling to Iceland we really wanted to spend... More
