It's been a couple weeks since my wife surprised me (and our 16-month-old son) with the Chef Tyffi Food and Saga Gourmet Tour while we were in Reykjavik. I've been procrastinating on writing my review because I was afraid I couldn't do it justice in a few hundred characters (and I'm a professional editor!). But the main point is this:... More

We had a very fun, full day and packed a lot in, thanks to Gunnsi. (He has a great sense of humor!) We learned so much, saw 4 waterfalls, pet Icelandic horses, ate meat soup and dried fish and butter, witnessed some geyser activity and finished the day off with a crater. This was one of our best days in... More

On our latest trip to Iceland we took 2 separate day tours with Season Tours. The first was along the South Coast; the second across the Reykjanes Peninsula. Although it was winter and a bit rainy (on & off), both trips were superb. Our guides took us to the 'must-see' places but also to out of the way, lesser traveled... More

We did a three day, two night, trip to the Golden Circle and South Coast to Jökulsárlón. Our guide was the brilliant Tyffi who made the whole trip great fun and very informative. He had great knowledge of Icelandic geography, geology, history, sagas, wildlife, customs .... He tweaked the trip to cope as the weather changed and generously extended it... More

We had an unforgettable day on the Food and Saga tour with Tyffi! He picked us up on time and started by showing us around the Reykjavik area. Among the things we did: we visited a cheese shop for a tasting, a local fish market, a geothermal beach, a hut where Greenland shark was being dried out for consumption, the... More

Our tour with SeasonTours was the best travel experience we've EVER had! We wish we could give way more than 5 stars. My fiancé and I have collectively been to over twenty countries, and the days we spent with Tyffi were our all-time favorite trip!! We did two tours with SeasonTours while in Iceland - Reykjanes Peninsula, and 3-Day Golden... More

We booked a tour with Season Tours to the Snaefellsnes Peninsula and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our Iceland trip. Gunnis, our guide and co-owner of Season Tours is very knowledgeable and his passion shows. It was a long tour but Gunnis never rushed us and he showed us so much, all very interesting and... More

I have been on a few tours, but this was the best one by far. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Tyffi for the three day Golden circle tour. Tyffi did a wonderful job balancing a trip with two opposites like me and my husband. I am more the history and culture experience while my husband is... More

We decided to combine a transfer and tour for our arrival in Iceland. We were met by Tyffi in the arrivals at 7.15am, we had the small minibus to ourselves as the only 2 doing the tour that day. We started our tour straight away then stopped at a baker to pick something up for breakfast (this was included in... More
