Took to tour on Wednesday 22nd March. This tour was my highlight of visiting Iceland. Whilst the south of the island is beautiful, the guide/drive considerably added to the overall experience. He was knowledgeable of the area and had great stories (many of which were to do with the numerous ways you could die in Iceland). He also played Iceland... More

Prior to coming to Iceland, my hubby and I debated for ages over the pros and cons of going on a tour vs. hiring a car and driving ourselves with the obvious factor of cost. Finally we settled on doing a 3 days 2 nights tour (Jokulsarlon, Golden Circle and Ice Caving) as it had most of what we were... More

5 of my friends and I spent a week in Iceland and this was one of the best tours we did, worth the price. We had a very nice and informative tour guide, believe his name was Bjorn. He took us to the waterfalls, black sand beach, and on a glacier hike for 1.5hrs- he knew what he was talking... More

The wonderfully knowledgeable and entertaining Kiddi took us to Thórsmörk in a super jeep, and what an adventure it was. From the glacier to the canyon (where we saw the northern lights during the day! -- Kiddi could not believe it!) to crossing rivers and then Seljalandsfoss it was a day to remember and be astounded by the rugged beauty... We took their 2 day tour to South Coast & Jokursarlon Glacier. It had a wonderful itinerary and we enjoyed every moment of the two day tour. The guide cum drive was Mr. Ingo, who was not only an expert and entertaining guide but also a wonderful human being. Our special thanks to Mr. Ingo for giving us such an... More

My husband and I decided on the 3D2N tour with Extreme Iceland after some research and we were very satisfied and happy with our tour. We went on the Golden Circle, South tour with Jokulsarlon as well as glacier and ice cave. Our driver cum guide was David whom was very professional, friendly and jovial. The hotels on the 2... Of our 10 night trip to Iceland these two nights were by far our favorite. Our guide, Atil (I could be butchering his name, so I apologize if he sees this and it's terribly wrong!), picked us up in his own personal modified "super jeep" on day 1 and expertly navigated us through the incredible off-road winter terrain. His pride... More

Went on 7 days Ring Road Tour from March 7 - 13, 2017. Best decision made, instead of going on self drive, as the roads were still icy in some parts and we would not have been able to see some of the sights if we were on our own. The tour guide was Olafur, or we call him Oli... More

We just got back from our first trip to Iceland, and all I can say is the thing that made our vacation was the two-day Jokulsarlon and Ice Caving tour - what a fantastic experience!!! Not only were all of the sites they chose for us amazing, but our tour guide Holly Spice completely made the trip - without her... More

Absolutely amazing experience, from guides with over 40 years of experience to small intimate groups of 9 to 12 people everything was so personal. Besides the scheduled stops, each driver knows the little secret stops to make along the way or stop at a group of horses on the side of the road. Northern lights are never a given so... More
