Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a superb canoeing trip! Very calm and professional advisor, great humor and customer service. Equipment in 5/5 shape and very nice coffee & snacks break during afternoon trip around Lempäälä lakes & rivers. Strong recommendation for these services!

On the 24-th of November 2018 I tried abseiling from the Pyynikki Tower, which was absolutely great and exciting and catching!! And all this thanks to the instructor from Kelo ja kallio adventures. Rappelling from the 26 metres high tower is definitely not the easiest task for someone, who does such a thing for the very first time and is by far not an athlete, but when your coach acts as 1000% professional, it seems to be not that difficult at all. You just rely on the perfect gear, listen to instructions, which are given truly wisely - calmly and patiently and friendly all the way..... And then you just find out, that you did it!! And given a choice between a second round and coffee + doughnut you decide for the second round of this unique experience, because only now you really understand the instructors quick answer to the question, what is most foolish thing a tourist can do while abseiling: "That is to go up the tower, say 'I can't' and then walk down by stairs". If you happen to be by the Pyynikki Observation Tower and you are offered to do the abseiling from it - agree and do not go down by stairs!:)))
