Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good green park around small lake located in Tampere city. Birds and playground for children. Next to Tampere cultural building. Good place to walk with dogs also.

It is a nice little park, where in the summer you can buy coffee & ice cream, sunbathe, sit down and watch the ducks and other birds (just don't feed them). Occasionally, there are events too. Beautiful in the autumn too.

I visited during the first week of good weather after winter. The park was all of people: sunbathing; chatting with friends; bikes, dogs. Large pond with waterfowl. Hilly or flat for sitting on the grass; a few benches. Activity section for children. Nice city park.

This is a very nice peaceful park next to Tampere Hall. There is an outdoor exercise area, basketball court/football pitch (not full size!), play area for smaller children, aviaries with fancy poultry, a very nice lake, and lots of green space with beautiful trees.

Big park with a nice playground, soccer/basketball field, an ice cream stand, a pond, a little bird cage area where they have chickens and roosters, a big opening where you can have a picnic... the list goes on. Also for operas or symphonies you should visit the nearby Tampere hall or as the finnish people call it "Tamperetalo". Its a popular park among the locals.

This Duck Park (Sorsapuisto in Finnish, 4.2 hectares) was a potato field in the early 1900's. It was changed into a park in 1930's. Nowadays there are a nice pond, a fountain, a very nice playground, a basketball court, fitness equipment, statues (woman figures) and a summer cafeteria there. In summer you can see wild ducks there. There are also chickens in cages. This is a very nice park for walking, sunbathing and eating ice cream or waffles. It is situated only ½ kilometers from the railway station.

Right in the center of Tampere you find the Duck Park or Sorsapuisto a large and nice park located near the Tampere Hall. In the center you have a pond with ducks and this pond is with natural spring. The park is from 1930 and was renovated in 1989-1990 at the time when the Hall was buildt. There are many flovers and trees and places to sit down, a playground is there to. We did have a walk on a sunny august . There were also 4 or 5 different types of chickens behind fences with some smal colour full chicken houses for each race. But a park for every one to enjoy.

It is a nice little park with a lake, ducks, "mini zoo" with some birds, public free restrooms and a cool tiny Moomin statue in front of the nearby Moomin Museum. Nothing spectacular and much to see but a great place to sit and relax a bit or just walk around, however, I felt a bit inconvenient due to the surrounding people there - many strange gothic young guys, group of druggers etc. It was Friday and early evening, possibly not the best time to visit but it might not be the safest place on Earth after sunset.

The Sorsapuisto park is very nice destination in the day time. There is nice bond. Lots of birds are swimming on the pond and lots of more different types of birds are living in gages nearby.
Night time three is sometimes music partys, and in the that time the park is more than just a normal place! The people are behaving especially freindly and strangers are speaking free with eachothers. Everybody who is looking something different should had a change to experience this!
