Extremely interesting museum, very nice exhibition about a local bakery in April 2016. Madonnas and other religious objects dating from 11th century. Lovely pink building, nice little shop.

This small museum carries changing exhibitions as well as permanent ones. Not only the history of Lahti but also from Viipuri. Very helpful personnel!

The museum is located in small park few steps away from bus station. The nice building on stroyeno in the depth of park. According to the contents the museum is interesting first of all to residents of Finland, however we with interest studied the sections devoted to a development of the city, household aspects of life and a heavy fire in Lahti. The separate mention is deserved by interactive registration of an exposition of the museum. It is very convenient for visitors, is modern and is evident. Time spent in the museum between train and bus was spent not for nothing.…
