About
Sibelius Hall is located by the beautiful Lake Vesijarvi. Sibelius Hall is a congress- and concert center that offers diverse services for both consumers and companies. Visit the premises and admire the architecture. Enjoy an evening concert with great programmes of music.

Best acoustics I've ever heard in a wooden, eco-friendly building that still has presence and grandeur. Sibelius Festival totally unique experience. And fabulous views over the Lake. Inspired work by Tuomas Kinberg and others to get the Hall built.

This was our second time at this striking concert venue with excellent acoustics.

Last time we heard Finnish pop music. Now it was time for classical music performed by Lahti Symphony Orchestra with the guest stars violinist Ilya Gringolts, the German composer-conductor Matthias Pintscher and organist Pauli Pietiläinen.

The concerts consisted of three parts. The last one was the best in our opinion. If the French-romantic organ of the Sibelius Hall had been built for just one work, it would have been this Camille Saint-Saëns’ most famous symphony, the so-called Organ Symphony.

The intermission service worked well. It is advisable to book it beforehand.

You won't spend allot of time here. Seeing the craftsmanship is worth the 15 or 20 minutes of your day though

The Sibelius Hall was built on the Vesijärvi waterfront in 2000. The hall, named after the composer Jean Sibelius, combines industrial history with modern, wooden architecture. Its beautiful oval-shaped Main Hall is known for its excellent acoustics and it has a capacity of 1,200 seats.

The Sibelius Hall is home to the Lahti Symphony Orchestra. There are also other concerts. We were at the concert of Suvi Teräsniska. She is a famous pop star here in Finland.

the place for many events, concerts and conference venues. The Finladia Club organizes bands' performances, artists from Finland and abroad. The building complex consists of four parts: a large hall, renovated and a red-brick former carpentry plant, a congress palace and a large Metsähalli foyer. The outside of the main unit is glass, so the light wooden wall structures of the main hall can also be viewed from the outside. Beautiful building inside and out.

The hall hosts an annual Sibelius festival in addition to a wide range of music and spoken word works. It has excellent acoustics and would grace any city in the world. The view to the lake is quite special.

The Sibelius Hall is a fantastic concert hall, home to the first-rate Lahti Symphony Orchestra. The architecture and acoustics are excellent and it enjoys a stunning location by the lake. We have been several times for the annual Sibelius Festival which is held there each September and hope to go back again soon. I can't imagine that any music-lovers would not love the hall.

A great location for top notch classical music concerts. When in Lahti, a must to check in case some great music would be accessable.

You may become addicted to the lake views from the meeting rooms in the conference center of Sibelius Hall. But you definitely will love the beautiful acoustics if you go to a classical concert in the wood decorated Main Hall. Strong recommendation.
