We went to Terminal X, Airplane, and Diamonds in Danger escape rooms with friends. All of them were challenging enough and fun for a group of 4-5 people. The staging was done with great attention to detail in all rooms, so the value for money was high. This is a fun way to spend time with friends, and Exite permises are close to the city centre which is convenient!

The escape room was really amazing, the design of the room was interesting and immersive. The puzzles were diverse and each one felt unique while being challenging enough for the mind. The staff was also kind so I would recommend this experience to everyone.

I heard about Exite escape rooms through my friend who had a discount coupon. First we went to the Airplane and liked it a lot. We liked the game so much that went back twice. We ended up playing through the whole trilogy, Diamonds in Danger + Terminal X. The theme in all rooms were very well executed and the tasks were challenging and versatile. Escape rooms are a fun way to spend time with friends and I highly recommend Exite to everyone who want a good experience in high quality and well planned escape rooms. I’ve been to escape rooms before but in my opinion Exite has the best rooms so far.

We did the Airplane. The host was nice and encouraging, but the room itself did not really live up to expectations. With mostly padlocks, it had some ok puzzles, but corners had been cut in terms of design, both of puzzles and decor. It was still entertaining and we left in a good mood, but after doing fantastic two rooms at their competitor (aMazed Games) the day after, even for a lower fee, we felt kind of shortchanged. This was still worth it, but not really in the same league as the others, which were superb.

Doing the Titanic escape Room as part of our one week visit in Helsinki, my friend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The interior was breathtakinly realistic, featuring a lot of Titanic references. Extremly fun for everyone, but double the expirience for everyone, who's seen the film. The riddles were creative and not too easy. Also the solutions were so different, you'd never use the same thought twice. With two players we needed our five hints from the game master and those were given clearly and clearly at the right time. It was really helpful how the game master decided to sometimes give us clues without request, when we were going in the completely wrong direction. Probably only this lead to our narrow escape from the sinking ship.

Perhaps their other rooms are worth visiting, but I'm not going to go back as 4 elements was so poor. Filled with tacky Ikea stuff, like a boring kids bedroom, very straightforward and unexciting design involved only padlocks in the same row of cabinets over and over again. I've visited ton of escape rooms in Helsinki and this rates among the very few really bad ones, wouldn't recommend.

Thank you for the review. However, this review is not relevant anymore due that it is based one year old visit and the game has been renewed after that (TripAdvisor advices to only write fresh reviews for services happened on the same calendar year as the visit)
We have made major changes in the game after your visit in the spring 2019 (major amount of the puzzles have been renewed/changed totally with new technology and new interior decorations, the experience would be very different now :)
We are sorry you did not enjoy the game, the game is targeted to families and first timers, and it is indeed supposed to have a straightforward design and not be too scary for young persons and also easy by difficulty. (it is allready mentioned in the game description that it is easy and suitable especially for families and first timers, so it is a somewhat odd for you to make a complaint about this matter, perhaps you should have picked a game more suitable for you in our selection, most of our games have very few padlocks and are much more complex and thrilling :)

We had a good feeling about the visit. The tasks in the room were suitably challenging and the place was "built" nicely.
In addition, the staff was very nice and we were left with a really positive image. Very good customer service!

I have survived two Exite's escape rooms, Titanic and Terminal X. Both were loyal to their themes, visually very pleasing and contained lots of different, innovative tasks and puzzles, which definately weren't too easy to solve! The rooms looked amazing and had lots of fun, interesting details and were true to their said difficulty levels (Terminal X was challenging even to us experienced escape room visitors). Both had a strong narrative element and our group was included in the story with a fun, interesting way. The rooms and puzzles were innovative, included interesting mechanics and also a little humour could be found along the way! I enjoyed these escape rooms and definately plan on visiting the rest of Exite's escape rooms. I highly recommend Exite, especially Titanic and Terminal X!

We participated in the Titanic room which was very fun. I was surprised by all the interactive and electronic components that activate. The staff was welcoming and there are refreshments available for purchase in the waiting room. Staff can give clues on a screen when stuck although I think there is enough time to try and make it without clues, which is more exciting !

Played Terminal X which had a mix of number locks and tech features. Story line and set were ok. Some puzzles were not as intuitive. Game master was great. Requires 1 person to have some agility. Overall, was fun but not in the top tier of escape rooms we have played across the world.
