We all love old computers and now Verkkokauppa com and private collector Mr. Ari Tommiska want to share a very unique collection for free for all enthusiasts and visitors. The museum has an amazing display of old computers and gaming consoles from Ari's private collection. He's been collecting old computers and gaming consoles since 1984 and now for the first time the collection is available for public display. We hope this collection will bring back good old memories!

Museum was great place to visit, it brought back lot's of memories from childhood when internet didn't exist. Collection was fantastic, it was amazing to see very rare computers and game consoles early from 70's. The place was bit small. Free entry was very good! I recommend to visit here!

Interesting place, a little on the small side but well worth taking the elevator up for a look. Great display of some classic hardware.

A bit of fun for free. Not a big walk from Kamppi so if you have a couple of hours spare and a special interest, or geeky kids them it could be fun.

We stopped by while waiting for our ferry as it's just oppositie the port. Not so much a museum as a couple of small floors of display cabinets with some retro computers in them. A nice collection but probably not worth a special trip unless you are really interested in that sort of thing, although it is free. Also worth... More

If you are near the Ferry terminal or visiting the viewing terrace, take in this niche museum on 2 floors of the tower block. Just 1 room on each floor but contains examples showing the development of games consoles. Although I was only there for about 15 minutes, it was free and so easy to take in as part of... More

Nice museum, possibility to see old computers, game concoles, other old electronic preserved from destruction. Good place to remember how computer development begin. Located near modern electronic shop to better compare the difference. The former Finnish Air Force Soviet built Mig - 21 fighter plane of 1960-1990 located on the roof of the building.

This isn't a place you could spend an afternoon, it's really two rooms of computer equipment and consoles. However, it is an enjoyable visit. It's free, and about 5 minutes walk from the cruise terminal. In the two rooms there are consoles dating back to the 1970s, including ones from my childhood which made me feel old! Randomly, once you're... More

Computer and Game Console museum is actually situated under the same roof with IT-goods store. It's small but there is a good collection of old hardware for true enthusiasts. On the roof of the same building you'll find a good view and a fighter plane!
