This park is lively and the gardens are beautiful. It is a great place to watch Helsinki go by. There is a delightful little old ice cream house.

very popular on a sunny day. live music, sidewalk cafes. several blocks long. walk from city center to the water to see the boats. enjoy the flowers along the way.
Lot of people, crowded, but really nothing special. Don't, lose your time, there are much more interesting attractions in Helsinki.
