Slides are fun but the service and covud measures nonexistent
Jul 2021 • Family
More selection of food, something healthy as well would be appreciated. The way it is now: food is expensive and tasteless, better to take a picnic along.
- there was very little staff and the once present didn't contribute to the safety of people. With masses coming on a sunny day, there should be more staff.
- in these pandemic times: how can the only measures be some signs on the walls to keep distance and max 5 ppl at the time in the whirlpools? There should be some staff reminding people to keep distance, some ropes marking safety distances etc. Also, was there any restriction on the overall number of people in the area? Didn't seem like there was...
- slides where fun and there was a good selection of them.

End of the summer trip
Aug 2020 • Family
Went with kids and sister's family for the last holiday weekend. I hadn't visited the park for 25 years and generally I was pleasantly surprised. Minor hick ups about food and drink services but maybe Corona times caused that. Biggest issue was actually the paved park area outside the pools. Could be covered with something smooth like artificial grass. Sure, better maintenance could be possible as places looked quite a worn out but still, everything worked.

Saturday fun ended up being not so fun
Jul 2020 • Family
We booked tickets in advance. We came 40min before opening.already 40+ people in the que.No proper instructions where to que, where to stand etc. gates opened and people just pushed themselves trough.lookers and showers dirty.no proper security measures due to corona. The place had seen some paint but overall everything was worn out.water outside freezing cold.

Too many people everywhere.People did not shower before going to the pool area.people were wearing swimming suits in the sauna,People walked outside without shooes and the went to the pools..

Horrible experience and definitely a place to catch covid-19

Modern and fresh water park
Aug 2019 • Family
Modern huge and fresh waterpark, suitable for the entire family. Hint: come here a cloudy summerday and you will have almost no lines. Fresh fast food restaurants available as well. Clean and neat, a bit expensive entrance fees.

The worst place ever
Feb 2019 • Family
Awful service. Dangerously slippery. Bad smell and old devices. No wonder that it was empty on a Sunday

Needs a renovation
Jun 2018 • Family
Serena is a below average water park, nothing too outstanding, it's also pretty expensive, it costs around 32€, the parking is also 10€, and you also have to put a 2€ into the lockers to use them. Most indoor slider have some sort of discoloration, they really need a renovation.

Day out
Jul 2018 • Family
Spent a few hours here before flight home. Entry quite expensive as children same cost as adults 26 Euro. Range of flumes indoor and out and no pushing or queue jumping a bonus compared to Spain or Portugal . Husband left 15E change on table by mistake and was still there when we went back later. Lovely area. Large changing area with lockers food looked good .

Good waterpark, bad restaurants
Jun 2018 • Family
Here you can easily have a wonderful and waterplayful sunny summerfun! Slides and piils for everyone and for any agegroups. Also good places for sunbath. Big area with inside and outsideactivities. Costs 26,50€ per day. I hope they develop restaurants and cafes, which are not good with their burgers ad fries.

A bit scuffed water park
Jun 2017 • Family
Serena Water Park has already seen its best days. In my opinion it's not worth it to visit Serena if you are just staying in Helsinki as a tourist. But if you happened to live in Finland, you could give it a try with your family.

Little old fashioned but good waterslides
Jan 2018 • Family
We were a group of 3 adults and 2yr and 5yr kids. One of us stayd with tottler in kids pool whilst the rest of us had a plast in the slides. Kids who can swim surely have more fun than those who cannot. Slides are little oldish so you sometimes feel the seams in your butt. Dressingrooms and showers are really oldfashioned and not working properly. Saunas are far away from showers so if you want to go to sauna with conditioners in your hair, not happening. But sauna location is on the otherhand perfect if you want to warmup while slides. In summertime outdoor pools and slides open, you can easily spend all day there! Just be sure to bring your own food for the food sold in Serena is highly priced and bad. Two adults and one kid couldn't finnish up one portion of frenchfries and sausaces for it being so bad.
