Trail riding, carriage driving, sleigh driving, other program services, such as fishing, ice fishing, sauna, snow shoeing, skiing, snowboarding, Ranua zoo tours, b&b service and camping services, bus driving for charter-tours, the bus is rented and the horse truck services for longer trail rides. Horse camps and the new stables now in Rattosjarvi in Pello commune, not in Rovaniemi anymore apart from some summer trails. Anybody driving the own / rented cars can buy the Voucher for riding of ice fishing + sauna services by the Visit Rovaniemi Tourist office. Any bookings a few days earlier at least, or a week before. Notice we are open the School days from Monday to Friday only from 17 pm until 19 or maximum 20 the riding safaris. The bigger groups pay the invoice before coming to the Finnish banc account, and small groups can eather buy the voucher before coming, or are prepared for the cash money in the forest stables. Any food allergies and diets needs to be booked before the safari.

the horses were really well-behaved and you can see that the owners care about the horses with love.
the ride to the winter forest was absolutely magical and peaceful. This is a unique experience and I would definitely recommend it for everyone. :)

Käytiin työporukan kanssa, suurin osa ei ollut ratsastanut koskaan aikaisemmin. Nyt ollaan menossa uudelleen. Kesällä hevoset ovat lähempänä kaupunkia Hiansaaressa. Soveltuu ensikertalaisille, TYKY-päiväksi, erilaisia retkiä kokemuksen mukaan. Hinta 70e/2h ratsastusta ja nokipannukahvit+makkarat sen päälle (sisältyy hintaan). Kaikki olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä, saimme rahoille vastinetta.
We were there with work friends, very nice and suitable also for beginners. At summertime the horses are located closer to the town on an island (Hiansaari). We rode for 2 hours around the island and even walked in the river! We were very satisfied and will go again.
Horses are treated good (natural horsemanship) and they use western saddles. They are Finnish horses. Price 70e/2h riding and after that we had coffee and sausage around camp fire (price includes coffee & food). Once in a lifetime experience.

Went here during the winter time, and it was amazing! Warm clothes are provided, safety is really good and the horses are beautiful and really friendly. We went info the forest and we even saw a wild moose! When we were back at the farm, I did the snowboarding behind the horse, which was really cool as well. I will never forget this experience and I can really recommend this trip to everyone (beginners and experienced riders)!

Hello, yes I have the riding trips with the transport around the Rovaniemi area, eather in the stables of Pisavaara nature area, or in Marrasjärvi at that time. The 13th and the 14th I'm quite busy, but then the 15th and the 16th I still have times for the riding, as well as the 12th. which day would be the best for you of those days? It is the transport, riding in the forest and / or around the fields, eating the snacks by the campfire, and the transport back, all together about 4-5 hour's day. 100 € / person, should be taken by cash as I don't have any credit card machine on my stables.
