    Great respite from Cold
Excellent venue to see Santa with or without kids with a one price entry, no additional costs. Show was good as was the ice bar/sculptures, elf school, post office and train ride. Restaurant on site so you can easily spend a few hours and really nice to be warm for that time as everything is underground, short bus ride from town centre

    Great for kids!
I think this is a great place for kids even though I would consider it slightly pricy during the high season given what it offered. You can see Santa's car, gift shops, and a small Santa post office. You can also meet with Santa and decorate your own Elf or gingerbread cookie. They have an Elf acrobatic show which lasts ~15mins and I really enjoyed, lots of trampolines. There is an Elf school you can attend and a magic train. I think for kids it's a really great experience.

Don't get me wrong, the place is interesting and good to see, but i just didn't feel like it was worth it and not age appropriate for my kids. Price wise it was pretty harsh for what you get. Family of 4 was something like 160Euro, but there wasn't much to it. We were done in a hour or 2. My kids are 9 and 13 which unfortunately made this place to childish for them. Santa Park is obviously a must see when you go to Lapland once in your life, but don't build up your expectation to much. You will be disappointed

Very disappointing, terrible customer service.

I tried but failed to book the dream of Jookula visit due to extremely poor customer service (no responses to emails and also incomplete response to emails- it was so so frustrating). I can’t help but feel this is a reflection on the service so for the price being billed I am
Glad we didn’t pay then get disappointed.

So we did Santa Park the day after Santa Village. Could have been disastrous after seeing the real Santa at the Village to then see another one 2kms away. Luckily we avoided that. The kids did elf school which was lots of fun but they were the oldest there at 8. The price was €35/adult and €27/child. We were there for 2 hours all up. We were told we could return the next day but we had done everything we needed to do in 2 hours. The show was surprisingly good (a little bit circus like). The food was ordinary - buffet or sandwiches or crepes. I just wanted a cup of hot soup but that was only an option with the buffet. So I chose a salmon crepe which was served luke warm (and cold in parts). It had clearly been microwaved from frozen. I returned it to be heated further and it was still cool in parts. Not ideal for the price. The staff there were super friendly and it was fun but I would not go there if you have already done the Village. It repeats Santa and the Post Office. Young kids (2-6) would love this. The play area was fun and the ride was sweet. But very overpriced compared to other local activities.

Pretty place in Rovaniemi to visit for all the family. Beautiful ice sculptures in a pretty ice bar, nice hourly show on a stage within the restaurant, nice train ride especially for children, ability to visit and decorate gingerbread biscuits, and opportunity to visit Santa Claus for children.

It’s just a deplorable place. First we had to wait in line when we had tickets already. They had only one person. We were with 3 kids: two 9 years old and one 12 years old and this is definitely not nice for them anylonger. Also everything looks so fake! The elves try to speak with child’s “voice”, it is all very strange athmosphere. The attractions also not good at all and very small for the price paid.

It is a must-do! The Santa Claus meeting there was so special. The children loved it…and the elves being able to communicate in Spanish was a plus for us.

Kids had a lovely time, the elves were very friendly and lots of fun. We had the VEP tickets which included everything including food. Shows were good, activities were fun and well equipped.

Despite buying online tickets we had to wait in the ticket line at the entrance - absolutely stupid ( 2 lines easily arranged). All of the other attractions came with an HOUR wait at least - how are little ones supposed to wait hours in queue. Not to mention that everything is ridiculously overpriced one beer for 9.20 EURO. The cookie decorating ‘experience’ was deplorable as well - wet tables, barely any frosting and no sprinkles.
They do not know how to manage any queues and no not care of you have an awful experience. Would not recommend.
