This is the thematic cave that will take you to a different world despite if you are a child or an adult.
From the entrance with the lights and wild life sounds until the post, ice bar and all the other things, everything is designed to make you feel you are in a fairytale.

We loved our VEP day at Santa Park. The elf show and little rides were perfect for our 8 & 5 year old. The Santa experience was a little disappointing, rushed us through and didn't give us much warning for our official photograph, despite there not being any queue. The staff who were elves were great though; they really engaged with the children and that made a huge difference. The food was expensive so we were lucky to have had it included in the price, and by the time we sat down for lunch it was quiet so we could pick a table near he stage for the next show. There was a craft area which could have had a little more help i but was a nice freebie to do. The Gingerbread decorating was also self led but was still fun. The Ice princess area was cleverly set up and the children loved their ice glass and drink (it was a very small shot sized drink). The shop area was our first one so it apeared a bit pricey for some things but after visiting Santa Village later in our trip we realised that Santa Park was much better value. We spent a pretty relaxed full day there! My husband and I were surprised to find out the Cavern was an ex air shelter built underground. It really was part of the magic that you walked down two big tunnels to get into the network of smaller areas. The children loved it, and we felt it was good value for money. Definitely recommend!

We visited the theme park this Christmas. Apart from the fact that everything is set in a closed area and it is not cold at all, the scenery is well designed and travels you to Christmas adventures. The price for the activities offered is very good. We loved all the activities and the staff did their best to lift spirits and create a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended and well done to the management.

It`s like big shopping center where you have to pay quite big entrance fee to enter.
But if money does not matter, then worth to visit.

The HIghlight of our trip!
Our family enjoyed the visit to Santa Park very much!
We travel with a 5 years old son and he was just excited about Santa Park and all the entertainment.
You should know that with the ticket you can go to the park for 2 days in a row to enjoy the activities!
We had a VEP (very elfish person) packages that include more than a standard package.
We met Santa and got printed photos immediately with additional photos on a memory stick that were included in the package. We also got a gift from Santa!

We decorated ginger bread, attended the Elf school, rode the train 4 times (our son just loved it). We also watched the elf show twice - that is a delight! I like it myself very much.

The launch was also included in the ticket and it's a buffet, so you won't go away hungry.

We liked the snow queen cage as well and also tasted the snow drink from ice cups - super cool (and cold)))).

This year in the Park there are new attractions opened - football and VR train, worth visiting it as well.

You will definitely find something to your taste in this place, MUST visit!

Christmas magic lives on… could have easily spent more than the 3 hours we had here. Arrived for opening and had the grounds outside to ourselves before walking onto the magic train and then straight to see the big man. The Santa was excellent. Lots of banter, very friendly and fell asleep when trying to count and remember his age! Rest of park was very magical. Yes we bought the picture and got stung by the ice bar vodka but it was worth every penny and we had loads of fun. Don’t miss the elf show! We bought packed lunches and watched and ate. Brilliant day!

Ahead of bringing our 7 year old son to Lapland for the trip of a lifetime, I did plenty of research on the best activities to include during our stay to make it as memorable as possible. SantaPark was at the top of the list over and over so I booked us in, expecting something truly magical.

To my disappointment, what we got from SantaPark was the most underwhelming Santa experience I’ve ever paid for.

What I expected was more of a ‘journey’ through the attraction, culminating in a special meeting with the man himself … what we got was a wooden shed near the start, a queue that we didn’t know the purpose of until we were asked by an elf if we were “ready to go in”, and a few other oddly spaced out attractions that were too crowded to comfortably enjoy.

There is very little to do at the attraction once you’ve seen Santa, and we found ourselves wandering around, trying to be upbeat for our sons sake, before finally giving in and leaving.

Thankfully, we visited Santa Claus Village the following day, and decided to “see Santa again”, which proved to be a genuinely magical experience.

i can't believe that I read a review that this place was overpriced!!! It was the best value in Lapland for children. We visited at the end of November 2021 just after it opened for the Christmas period and the tickets were around £35/each which covers everything for the children, elf School, Gingerbread making, live show, Ice Queen visit and lots more including visiting Santa where you can take your own Photo's or ask the Elves to take them. This alone costs £35 in Santa's Village. The great thing is its indoors and the ticket covers you for 2 days. It is ideal for children up to 10. I agree it would not be worth it for adults and older children.
If you go to Lapland with Children then this is a must go!

This is one of the most epic places I have visited on earth. Not only because I love everything Christmas, but because of the real feeling SantaPark provides of being in Santa's Cavern. My company hosted an event this establishment in October 2019 and our guests were blown away! We even had a special guest appearance from Santa himself and his elves who came to take photos with us all. Every nook in this place oozes the Christmas vibe and it was here where I crossed into the Arctic Circle, an experience I will never forget. This is one for the kiddies and the adult kiddies alike. If ever you are in Rovaniemi, give SantaPark a visit. You won't be sorry!
