Wild Blueberry is only 20 kilometers from the city lights, a place known of its high possibility to see northern lights. It offers few hours of private time, where you can relax and enjoy the nature.
Available to you are Finnish traditional sauna, hot tub for six, a warm hut to enjoy local food,
an ice swimming spot, ice fishing and snowshoeing trip towards an old's bear nest.

It was a beatiful evening and we have met an engaged and very friendly host! The place is wonderful and when the weather is good northern lights can be seen.
The dinner was also delicious - we can highly recommand this experience!

The best authentic finish sauna (incl. hot tub and ice swimming for the brave ones) experience. Superb dinner with salmon grilled at the fireplace and delicious burgers for the kids. Amazing, genuine host Kimmo and his daughter! And one of the best places to see Auroras! We had luck with clear skies and enjoyed incredible show! We will definitely come back

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The sauna, hot tub, ice bathing and fire grilled reindeer were all amazing. Kimmo was the perfect host and made sure to look out for the Northern Lights while we were enjoying the activities. He also took incredible photos of the whole evening, sharing them before he went to sleep at 2 am (!!) so we would have them right away. Could not recommend this experience more.

This is as authentic a Finnish/Nordic experience as you can get. It is family owned and family run. Yet it has the cleanliness and professionalism that you don’t always find in a family business. First, the sauna itself is a real wood burning sauna that gets you very toasty from the moment you enter. Then the short walk to a hole in the ice, and a plunge, which at first is intimidating and then magical. Repeat that several times:). The location on a lake also has hot tubs that can be booked for the longer sessions (4 hour versus 2 hour). There is also a large “kuta” where you roast sausages inside around a fire and trade stories with the Finnish owner. We loved the whole thing and highly recommend.

I brought my daughter here in January 2023. This was by far the most amazing, magical travel experience I have ever had. We absolutely loved the sauna, hot tub, and frozen lake experience. The wonderful host made us an absolutely delicious dinner, which was the perfect ending to our experience. We loved the warming hut where we enjoyed our dinner and getting to know our host. We both are so excited to come back to this amazing place. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Truly outstanding and memorable from start to "finnish". The personal and welcoming service from Kimmo, wonderful facilities & food, and the raw beauty of nature make for a unique, amazing experience. The sauna, ice dipping, hot tub, home cooked food and chatting around an open fire cannot be beaten. The tranquility of the surrounding only broken after emerging from the frozen lake with exhilaration and awe. This is highly recommended, and a must-do for those visiting the area.

It was amazing! Kimmo is one of the best you can have! He will jump high and low for you and you will have the best shot of having a photo with northern lights.

Me and my boyfriend Sven had the best time at Wild Blueberry this evening. The host was super friendly and very nice. We had sauna and an amazing ice hole swimming. An excelent salmon dinner , very cozy time next to the fire place with the famouse blueberry juice. If you are looking for a private Finnish experience this is the right place!
