Angry birds park great free fun has a zip wire, plenty of snow and a big hill for sledging! (Sledges lying around or buy for approx 12 euros from supermarket) Also walk along the river bank towards candle bridge to left is another park with an ice rink and you can hire skates or just slide away with snow boots on for free 😀

Excellent memory for kids and parents alike , close to the city center as well as a beautiful lake nearby. Keep in mind everything closes as the sun sets

It is just a small kids’ park. There is nothing exceptional. Also, as a male alone in my 20s, I was getting weird looks by being at the park.

Came here recently with friends. A quirky attraction, but really fun to visit! Photo opportunities, a zip line, and lots of snow when we went made for a nice time.

Me? A bit less since the kids refused to leave, they thought it was that nice, so I had to stay there for 2 hours longer than planned. But since playgrounds ARE for kids mainly, I guess that is actually a good sign?

We were a group of adults who sought out this little playground area on our trip to Rovaniemi. We thought it was adorable. What a great place for a few laughs. Great photo opportunities, and a nice place for views across the river. We went in winter and it was still a place we enjoyed very much, if you know the Angry Birds franchise.

Children of all ages as well as child-minded adults can have outdoor fun on this well-planned playground.
The playground includes e.g. cable car, slides, swings, and climbing frames, each of these according to the very popular Angry Birds style.
The park is located by the river near the city center. The entrance is free.

This is a good park for kids as there is a play area but not much other than that and it is quite small. It is not right on the river front so you don't get a good view of the bridge. If you want a walk there is a good walkway along the river.

The children loved the park, and there was some great lsedding to be had on the hill- worth a visit its free

Not exactly sure how close other busses go but there was a bus stop about 2 blocks away. We caught that to our apartment and walked from there to the park. I guess it was around 400 meters total. Bus transport is generally very good in Finland.
