Good afternoon, Thank you for your valuable feedback - it is very important to hear all aspects of a tour from our customers so we can improve in what we do and provide the best quality possible to our customers. Our guides have a collection of locations they use for our northern lights tour spread over a considerable area with (often) varying weather conditions this is the reason the guides often communicate with each other during the tour - sometimes the best information you can get is live information from a location. Forgetting basic things for the tour such as the water and knife is unacceptable as these are basic tools of the trade. The guide in question has been reminded of all equipment needed and to support guides in general in this we have erected a 'must take with' list in our equipment room for them.
