Santa Line is a service entirety for incentive and tour operator customers provided by Rovaniemi Taxi Service. We also provide services for business travelers and demanding VIP's or groups. We operate in the Rovaniemi district of Finnish Lapland. As a recognition for the quality of our services, we have received ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001:2004 certification.

Our family of 10 travelled from Rovaniemi to Ruka and return for Christmas. Both our drivers were on time, friendly and courteous and very obliging even Ari found a bottle shop for us to get wine for Christmas Day. When we found out the day before that our check out time was noon and not 10am, the company were able to change their schedule, on a very busy day, to pick us up 2 hours later. I am sure this wasn’t easy as it was a two and a half hour drive between the two places. We really appreciated their assistance and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Delighted with the company’s great service.
We booked a transfer from Rovaniemi to Saariselkä - 3,5 hour.
The driver, Mr. Vertti, was a gentleman, and a spectacular professional. So polite, and drives really well. The car was so comfortable, new and well cared.
The whole trip passed smoothly.
Highly recommended!

Private transfers in lapland are expensive but instead if you use the bus, the duration of these buses are 3 times that of choosing a private transfer. So after weighing our options we decided we did not have extra time to waste in just travelling a distance of 100 kms in 4 hours, and hence decided on hiring a private cab.
Reservations & Details:
We made our reservations with Santa Line. We got our confirmation via email. We booked the cab for 3 different days and on all these days, we got a mail with the driver and car details one day prior to our trip.
Punctuality:
On each day, the drivers were at our pick point, 5 minutes prior. They also make a time confirmation call 1 hour before to ensure there are no changes in the time.
Vehicle:
The cars were all Merecedes V-class, very clean and tidy. They also made sure there was water for us in the car. They have free wifi in the cars.
Driver:
Very friendly, helpful & understand and speak very good English (so we had no issues with communication). They even help you with suggestions on things to do. We don't know if we were lucky but we got all drivers who went out of their way to stop at picturesque locations for great photographs.
Santa Line is a very safe bet when you are travelling and what better way to explore Lapland than in Luxury.

We booked Santa line after reading the reviews on here. The private transfer is worth booking, from the initial email enquiry to pick up/drop off was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend

Friendly staff, clean taxi's, always use there meters, so no worry's. We took the normal cars aswell as the van's. The drivers do a good job, I felt save with them even with 5cm of snow on the roads.
