We visited the Rauna Zoo Photography tour with Oren and enjoyed it thoroughly. Oren gave us plenty of insight on Northern lights, Lapland & local culture. Also clicked some great pictures. Surely will recommend this tour company.

Juho & Satu took good care of our group. They were delightful and so informative. They knew where the animals like to hide and seamlessly took professional pictures while maintaining the comfortable pace of the tour. They saved us a lot of time. This is a beautiful animal park where we saw healthy animals that we can't see on our own. Juho and Satu made it a very fun and exciting morning. Highly recommended.

Review for Beyond Arctic
This was my third time joining a photography tour with Beyond Arctic, and once again, they exceeded all expectations! The tours are incredibly well-organized, with knowledgeable guides who are not only passionate about photography but also deeply familiar with the region.
The opportunities for capturing breathtaking photos were outstanding, and the guides ensured we were always in the best spots at the right times. Ryan were patient, professional, and always eager to share tips and tricks to improve our shots. Btw i’m beginner in photography.
Beyond Arctic consistently delivers an unforgettable experience, combining adventure, stunning landscapes, and expert guidance. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone passionate about photography or seeking a unique Arctic adventure in Finland. I’ll definitely be back for a fourth time!

We have done several tours with this company. It's been a great two tours.
We did the Korouoma waterfalls with Oren. We enjoyed this and liked that he took the time for the tour. It was a very nice guide to join the tour! Oren can tell a lot about everything and had enough knowledge! He took good care of us! And he has humor:)
We also did Aurora hunting with Kari. This was also a very nice experience and we saw it too. Kari could tell us a lot about the Aurora and despite the cold he could take good care of us.
It is definitely recommended to book at beyond arctic!

We did two northern lights hunting and the frozen waterfall tour with this operator. Each time our guide was outstanding and went above and beyond, especially given we experienced unseasonably (colder!) temps in an arctic freeze weather event in January. The gear was excellent as was the local knowledge of each of the 3 guides (Ryan, Gabriella and Aki) on our three different excursions. Taking photos when iPhones and extreme temps made usual photography difficult, were extra bonuses. Their enthusiasm was infectious even when northern lights were not spotted on one occasion and Milky Way and frozen beaches became our focus point. Each time our teenage boys were involved and able to experience breathtaking remote areas far from the beaten path which really added to the many highlights we experienced in this beautiful area. I trust Beyond Arctic’s judgement when selecting snow mobile, reindeer and husky outfits (even though we did ours elsewhere) and know they care about their people and animals so would use their chosen partnerships with other suppliers with confidence too.

Thank you Beyond Arctic for the most amazing experience. Almost our tours are booked with them, through the internet recommendation, yet the best one is definitely the Northern Light tour with Oren.
It was our second tour as we were not lucky on the first try. Oren has helped us to get well prepared for the cold, taught us basic knowledge about the Northern Light and he has lots of high quality equipment so there was nothing for us to do. All we have to do was to wait for the miracle to happen.
Again, thank you very much for such an experience Oren, and for Beyond Arctic to hold the most professional tours.

We took a guided trip to Ranua Zoo. Oren - our guide - was very considerate, humorous and attentive. Thanks to him the tour was entertaining and interesting as he was able to tell a lot about the country and the people. He took many, but not too many, photos of us and of the animals, which will be sent to us after the tour. The zoo itself was fine. There weren't too many different species, but the facility is very nice. Unfortunately, some of the more interesting animals were not visible as they were sleeping, hiding or hibernating, but that is always a possibility with wild animals in large enclosures. Overall it was a fun activity.

Wow wow wow, I wished I had booked all my excursion through this company. We had a vip excursions to the reindeer farm with Nadja and we couldn't have been happier, it's actually my favourite excursion we did and I so wished I had booked others with them. We did Lapland independently and I did all the research of everything we had on our wishlist, it was very difficult to find and research excursion that are exclusive to your own family, we didn't want the bigger group/mass turn in and out group excursions and wanted our son to feel like he was the only one invited on this magical trip. I can honestly say that Beyond Arctic truly delivered this by going above and beyond my very high expectations! I would like to also mention that they answered all my emails promptly and was extremely welcoming with my requests. Nadja is a true credit to the company and from the moment she collected us from the hotel was helpful and informative, even recommending a new place that had opened only a few weeks ago that we could attend that afternoon to break up our day (Nadja, the place was a great memory and would recommend you go). Thank Beyond Arctic and if we ever return you will be the first and only people I email for our excursions!

I've got a question about the tour: "Rovaniemi Polarlichter - Fototour in kleiner Gruppe".
In your interesting article you told about a little bbq or sausages above fire. Would there been any meetless options instead of sausages, maybe some fish oder something else?! Because unfortunally not all of our group eat meet.
