We're a small, local and independent agency specialized in the private great outdoors. Based in Kittilä and Levi. We operate all year round in Western Finnish Lapland and beyond. All our tours are guaranteed private, custom-made, guided by a local and highly experienced certified outdoor guide. Our activities are day and night snowshoeing trips, backcountry skiing trips, Northern lights and polar night tours, ice fishing trips, Winter camping experiences, day hikes, treks, packrafting adventures, midnight sun excursions, night-over in wilderness cabins, wilderness sauna tent and much more. We only have one word to say: thank you Erwan! Our guide was able to create the most perfect tailor-made stay for us. Erwan listens, knows how to adapt perfectly in the event of setbacks and bends over backwards to allow us to have the most wonderful stay. He made us discover Lapland as we had dreamed. His activities are original and Erwan is constantly looking for new places to help us discover. He knows the region like the back of his hand. We are DELIGHTED to meet Erwan and can only encourage you to book activities with him. Away from mass tourism, Erwan is keen to make you discover Lapland and he gives of his person to make us discover paradisiacal corners 😂.

My husband and I took two day tours with Lappitrek when we visited Finland. I requested an easy snowshoeing tour and easy forest skiing tour, both of which were incredible! Erwan was very kind and patient (I'm not a great athlete) and we enjoyed our conversations with him. The national park that he took us to had beautiful scenery and both times we went to little hut where he cooked us a yummy snack. Both days were full of amazing memories for us.

We spent 4 days with Erwan and it will remain long in our memories.
He introduced us to places where only we could not have gone. Beautiful landscapes only for us, alone in the world. It adapts to you and your wishes. His involvement, experience and kindness in background a guide that we can only recommend.
We loved dinner in a kota: homemade split pea soup and trout cooked in front of us in flames.
He also schedules sled dog and snowmobile trips in small groups.

We made 2 hikes, one on snowshoes, one on skis the next day. Erwan composed 2 routes adapted to our 9 year old daughter, so we took full advantage. We loved it! From the river under the ice to the log cabin we had great times in the middle of the Sample nature, in this calm and incredible white. I recommend, and hope to come back one day. "We're not all right here?!":)

In one word amazing tour!
My sister and I booked a tour with Erwan in Nov 2024, we wanted to try something different with hiking/backcountry skiing. I never skied before and Erwan shared his knowledge and was patient with us throughout the tour. The landscape was beautiful and we had a delicious lunch in a small and remote cabin before heading back. We loved our experience and the stories Erwan shared. We highly recommend this private tour to discover a bit more about Finnish nature and culture!

We were looking for a beginner to intermediate level snowshoeing trek and Erwan certainly delivered! We trekked 5 kilometers through the forest and stoped at the half way point to enjoy lunch in a cabin by the fire. We talked about life and had a delicious Finnish lunch. Erwan’s knowledge of the area and the surrounding nature was second to none and made the experience all the better. The itinerary perfectly fit what we were looking for in our first experience in the Lapland wilderness and we would highly recommend booking an expedition with Lappitrek to anyone visiting the area.

We had an unforgettable 2 day trip with Erwan. Snowshoeing was a lot of fun. You can't control the weather but we were very lucky. It snowed all day and in the evening the sky cleared briefly to give us a view of the incredible northern lights. After that it was covered again.
Erwan was very great. He himself had so much fun on the hike that he conveyed this to us very realistically. He enjoys the nature with every step he does. And the food was so much and good. We slept in a mountain hut with 16 beds, but we stayed to ourselves that night and had the fireplace to ourselves. The next day we went up a mountain again, it felt like we were in eternal ice in the middle of nowhere. It was a great experience with the best guide you could have. Thanks
