This outfit definitely makes their best effort to ensure your successful aurora experience. However, expect Mother Nature to possibly throw you a curve ball. Our expedition got stuck in snow on the trail and had quite an adventure getting the van back on the road! Our driver then spent several more hours chasing the elusive northern lights with limited success. Remember that your camera will see much more than your naked eye, so bring your time exposure camera. The driver carries a professional camera to ensure you see the lights in all their glory.

It was my second time to join the aurora hunting tour, but I just want to say this company is really great and they took us to more north way to hunt the light. And we did it! Also, they will take pictures whenever you want. Just join them!

We went Aurora hunting at the end of February 2020, even though the forecast wasn't so good our guide, Sara, drove for a great length in order to try to see it. Finally we reached an area where it was possible for us to see the aurora, definitely worth it. Also nice touch to offer us warm beverage on our way back, since the temperature outside was very low.

My friend and I did the aurora safari with Tino. Despite the weather conditions we were able to see the amazing auroras - Tino and the Northern Light Riders team were in constant contact and checking the radar to drive us to the spots with best chances to see this phenomenon. They really do a great job and want to make sure we get the full experience. We also got really nice pictures :-) We loved this experience so much that we did the 6hr snowmobile tour with them the following day - Mattias was a great guide, very kind and took us on some beautiful paths down the forrest where we saw some reindeer.
