This was an amazing experience, the owner and his wife were so lovely , really informative and interesting. Feeding the reindeer was so lovely , such beautiful animals, the hot drinks and biscuits in the tipi were such a lovely touch. We went to the craft shop and we so impressed with the things they have created there ….. made our day!

We arrived to the farm without bookings and got to feed the reindeer even though they were closed due to Covid-19. The farmer was super nice and welcoming and thought us a lot about the reindeer while we got to feed and pet them. The handcrafted souvenirs were a nice plus.

This was a tour/activity offered by the Wilderness Hotel Inari. Although you don't get to do a full-fledged reindeer sledding (just a short track around property), the visit is worth it! The owers make their livelihood from reindeer farming and as a result offer a great deal of interesting and educational information about the reindeer of Finland and the Sámi Tribes/People culture. They have a lovely small shop that offers many items centering on the reindeer culture of Inari. Take the time for a visit!

We did an afternoon trip here and it was just lovely. We also got a sleigh ride and the staff were amazing with my dad who was in a wheelchair, they ensured he did not miss out and provided a blanket for him to keep warm. The staff were friendly and informative and we really enjoyed the visit. The reindeer are beautiful and it was lovely to learn about them.

We visited on 18th February and it was one of the activities we had that was included in our package with the Wilderness Hotel. As we'd never been to a reindeer farm before (although had previously seen some close up in Norway) we were both looking forward to it. I have to say it didn't disappoint! We were able to feed them, we had a sled ride, the setting was quite magical with so much snow. The Sami family that run the farm were very friendly and did a very good job of explaining about reindeer, the farm and their culture. It's not a long trip but certainly worth it if you are in the area

I booked this tour through the Wilderness Hotel. It included being able to feed the reindeer, learning about them, a sled ride, and learning about the Sami culture. The family that runs the farm was super friendly. The overall experience was really great. I highly recommend a visit if you are in Inari.

Really interesting, Having been to two reindeer farms this looked a bit commercial but it soon became obvious that the owners were very knowledgable. Good crafts for sale too.

The owners of this farm were very welcoming and did a great job of explaining reindeer farming as well as a lot of information on their Sàmi culture. We were a large group but they managed to keep everyone engaged with different activities. We especially enjoyed hearing about their customs!

Brilliant visit to a working reindeer farm, nice sleigh ride somewhat tame but still lovely. The talks by the owner on the farm & Sami culture were excellent.
