About
The Mystery of Kuopio hides at Tulliportinkatu 34 on the sixth floor, right next to the market square. The myth of the "A. Hartz's Secret" and the "Kuopio Sports Museum" can be explored at the location. At Kuopio's Mystery we can manage two teams of up to five people simultaneously, but even bigger teams can managed with little tweaks. Mystery's rooms emphasise is on the stories and secret behind them. Even if you manage to get out of the room, you have to solve the mystery. In the rooms, you will not be scared and you'r competing primarily with yourself. Backstories are not always suitable for the smallest of the family. You will certainly have some fun even if you do not get out of the room.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

First of all, The A. Hartz room was very nicely built and versatile room. One of the best rooms I have been in, so I am sad to knock a star away.
One of the clues was faulty (no specifics, no spoilers). We were stuck quite a while because of that and wondered out loud what should be done. We did not get any help with it and proceeded in the end with pure luck. We lost a lot of time because of this and run out of time during the very last puzzle. Then the staff revealed that there had been a double booking and that they were monitoring two rooms at once. No wonder they were not quick to help.

I had never played a room escape game before and I didn't know what to expect. I was really taken by all the details and effort to give an unique experience. The game leader explained all the technical details thoroughly and gave an opportunity to test different types of locks. Then we were introduced to the background story while we were led blindfolded to the game room. When the game started I was instantly taken into the story. The game leader followed us and communicated through a screen. It assured that we got personalized help/tips when we needed it. We didn't get out in time but the game leader was really nice and let us find our way to freedom anyway since we were so close and nobody was coming after us.
Me and my friend were so pleased with the experience and the good service we got that we instantly booked another visit to Mysteeri Experience.
I warmly recommend to everyone who wants a little excitement mixed with good time with friends.
