Famous river location for fishing (the Swedish king comes and fishes every year) but a good place to admire the wild river. Relaxing. Strongly recommended for tourists.

Here they have fished salmon since the 1200s and still it will fishermen from all over Europe to try their luck. Most catches are something to brag a little with set around 9-20 kg. There are also big sea trout. The restaurant serves consequently 20 different kinds of salmon dishes and there are obviously both souvernirshop and glass cafe ... I still get the feeling that the more professional fishermen go elsewhere (Norway?), But one should surely have 'checked off' a visit here.
