Well worth a visit, fantastic views. Was raining and overcast today when we were there but was still picturesque. I would definitely recommend a good coat and go wrap up well as it is bitterly cold up at the viewing point.

No. There is no regulated gate or entry. But leave enough time to experience the Cliffs. As there is no safety railing, or paved path up, leave plenty of daylight.
