Frihavnen... I nice walking path along the waterline.

The area of the former Free Port of Copenhagen, which was moved to Nordhavnen, is a very lovely district, with a nice promenade along the waterfront. We really enjoyed the sunny day and some rest from the city traffic.

This is a lovely promenade along the revitalized port entrance. Start near the Mermaid, stroll past the Opera house on the opposite shore and to the Royal Quarters and more. Lovely to get away from car traffic. Tourists and locals make for great diversity people.

My wife and I came here on a sunny day and it was beautiful. You can see the opera house and end up at the little mermaid. It is windy so bring a good coat.
