Here houses several beautiful buildings and the start of the canal tours. Beautiful Small Island that also houses the Christianborg Slot. Definitely worth a visit!

A small island is one of the main attractions of Copenhagen. Here is located most of the city's administrative buildings encl. Parliament. Tourists usually do not miss it. There are no houses, shops, restaurants and narrow pedestrian streets.
We had only allowed one day to visit the attractions and museums here. It is not enough. Some places don't open too early and others close too early so it is hard to fit the many, varied attractions into your day.
Lay your way down through this isle - you can see main Danish power institution elements, such as Christiansborg Palace, ministries, National Archives, the Royal Danish Library and Stock Exchange.
