Popped in to get away from the rain and I like planetariums in general. The films shown were very good, seats comfy etc. The headphones were a bit iffy. Now, outside the films, the actual exhibition was tiny. It wasn't very bad but it is basically just 15 things and that's it. Go if you want to see the films... More

I have been to some nice planetarium in the past, so figured I'd give this a shot. What a let down! There is a pathetic excuse for an exhibition, the film was alright, but I had headphones for English - these barely worked and the sound was so low, I couldn't even hear. Staff were not very friendly, toilets smelled... More

This is very small and not much to see or do unless you do the IMAX option. We were very excited to go because it was recommended as a hidden gem on another travel site and were very disappointed. However, if you only have a couple hours and it's rainy then its a good option.

This place was a major disappointment. The exhibition was, to say the least, pathetic and extremely dated. The whole place had a rather sad, run down feel to it. The female member of staff I spoke to at the reception/cash desk was extremely unhelpful, verging on being rude. Seriously, seriously underwhelmed. Do not waste your time or money visiting this... We had a little visit to the Planetarium... it didn't really feel like a planetarium, or not how I would imagine one to be, particularly from reading descriptions of the place, it was a real let down. It felt more like a children's space museum/playground attached to an IMAX which may or may not be showing a film at the... More

This is within walking distance of the city centre. Entry with the Copenhagen Card. Some hands on exhibits that can entertain you for up to an hour. Space movie was good - on very large screen half above your head - but not like the super roof movies they show in the USA. 20kr for headphones to hear movie in... More

The planetarium as such is not as huge as it looks from outside. There are some displays that you could easily cover in around 30 minutes. IMAX theatre is great as always and there is an introduction to the planets before the actual movie began which was nice. Sal2 is a small theatre just at the entrance and plays short... More

Visiting here after the Experimentarium was a bad decision. The Planetarium seemed dark and dated however the IMAX movie was the longest we have watched at any other Planetarium, consisting of three movies. Since we were using the Copenhagen Card the fact we only spent 90mins in total and saw/did everything was consoling.

I loved the movie but the staff were very unfriendly - especially the male that let us into the theatre part and the exhibition was only in english in some parts. It was also a very small exhibition and where it was interactive it wasnt much interactivity at all. Should be cheaper in and shouldnt have to pay for headphones... More

To call the Tycho Brahe Planetarium would be overstating the fact somewhat. It's an exhibition about the solar system attached to an IMAX theatre. Neither my wife and I wanted to watch a film so burned an entry on our Copenhagen Card for not very much. If we had kids then maybe we'd have planned it around a film and... More
