Ruby opened its doors on the 21st June in 2007 on Nybrogade 10. We have since then become an institution in the Danish cocktail industry and has been rewarded with several international nomination and credits. At Ruby we strive to give the guests an...more
After getting married a few hours earlier at Copenhagen City Hall and then eating a fabulous meal at Fredriks Have, we decided to round off the day with some cocktails so Ruby seemed like an obvious choice. We pre-booked a lovely table but we unfortunately...More
Elegant, sober, charming and very intimate. A place for drink lovers who also love style and exclusive places. Two levels, one very nordic and minimal, and the other lower one more private and yacht club looking. Very good drink menu and bartenders’ skills. A must...More
Ruby was recommended to us by a friend, he did not tell us that it has no sign and the entrance is hidden, which made it that much more special once we found it. First the inside is spectacular, absolutely beautiful! We were the first...More
Must visit place in this town! The street looks like there is no life, but then you find it - two and a half floors of heaven! On the door is very seriouse guard, but with a simple hello he will let you in :D...More
Beautiful cocktail bar with lovely decor and great drinks. Great place to catch up with friends. Quite difficult to locate as it doesn’t have a sign outside but it’s definitely a hidden ruby (see what I did there? ;-P)

Everything about this place was fantastic. The drinks were terrific and the staff were very helpful - even agreeing to bring champagne at midnight as a suprise for my girlfriend's birthday. It was very calm when we went, a Monday night, but I am sure...More
This is the heart of old town Copenhagen, with its blend of charming old buildings and bold new architecture, broad avenues and tiny streets as well as picturesque canals and a modern harbor. The inner city is home to the Royal Danish Theatre, which consists of three buildings, two of which are new and situated on the harbor front. The streets, squares and venues of the inner city and its surrounding
neighborhoods, are alive all year round with everything from jazz festivals to outdoor ice skating rinks and parachuting at the lakes right in the center of the city. This compact area boasts beautiful old castles, tranquil parks, and bustling squares where you can always find a bench to stretch out your legs whenever you need a break.
