Walked right by one morning without knowing what this was. The deformation (in the engineering sense) drew my attention, and just by looking at it I thought it must be old. Went in to take a look, found them interesting, but didn't buy any as I don't buy souvenirs. The nice lady smiled and nodded, and as my kid was... More

We read about this shop/tiny museum both online and in some guide books. They oversold it a bit, but it is a fun, interesting place to spend a few minutes. I wouldn't make a special trip or go out of your way, but there are plenty are things to see and do in this part of Odense, and this is... More

This is an interesting store to say the least. It's in a really old building, and it has all sorts of interesting stuff to look at. Nothing much that I would want to buy and bring back to the states, but it was a fun place to visit

Buy a replica of a Danish letterbox, wooden jigsaw puzzles and hang a garland of cute little Danish flags in your Christmas tree. This shop has so many oldfashioned and old things, you are guaranteed to come away with good souvenirs.

Although this is a private shop it is as interesting as a museum. Full of old and odd things. Have a look and find a souvenir! The shop is in a quirky old building and located in one of the oldest cobble stone streets in Odense where Hans Christian Andersen grew up. There are a few good cafes nearby and... More

A curious place, full of odd things, the nice shopkeeper, I looked in every corner and get up by very interesting ladder (not staircase). I have found and bought a decorative plate by Royal Copenhagen (I am fond of this firm) - "Mother Day of 1973". It turned a good present to my friend - she is a mother too.... More

The cutest old shop, everything is like for about 100 years ago, and you can buy everything for reasonable prices. Get some candy from the old times. It is free to get in and well worth the 10 minutes it takes to see.
