Well worth visiting. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Harbour and boats are great for photographs. We walked to the furthest beach, most beaches were rocky ours was a combination of pebbles, rocks and sand. Lovely clear water.

I strongly recommend visiting this small fishing village on two accounts. First, that the Byzantine castle ruins that overlook it boast an extraordinary degree of accessibility on foot: it remains possible to walk on and touch sections of the outer walls, and to enjoy the...More

It's a long drive from Corfu town. Good if you want a peaceful holiday. The beach is not too big and has sun beds and umbrellas.

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
Would we be able to go to Corfu town on a ferry from Kassiopi in mid May? How long would the trip take and how much? I'm thinking it would be more comfortable than the bus with more amenities?

There are small boats that leave Kassiopi harbour in the morning and evening. It takes about 1 hour 15 minutes to get there and you get about 3 hours to spend in Corfu Town. We always book this trip with Cosmic Travel who... More

Hi! We went to North Corfu for our honeymoon in August 2014 and absolutely loved it but were also bitten almost to death by mosquitoes.I had 10 bites in the first half an hour in our villa! We'd love to go back but now have a toddler in tow. Is this a bad idea? Considering June but don't know if the mosquitoes will be too much with a little one...
