If you are prepared to walk up at the back of Parga until your lungs feel as they are ready to burst then the views from the castle are wonderful looking back across the harbour. There is not much left of the castle and health...More

The walk is not so bad but the views are worth the effort. Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the town and the sea. Make sure you have your camera with you.

They used to have good pizzas in the restaurant/cafe, but it seems not anymore. Anyway, definitely a place to visit when you visit Parga

I was visiting the castle together with my daughter 8 year's old .The view is amazing but the children get hurt very easy because the access it is with rocks different shape and you have to pay attention they are slippery.

Great views! I would have hoped there to be much more information about the history of the castle or some tour. Now you just wonder around the ruin by yourself.

Went up the hill for the view and visited the castle. It is great for the views and the streets around there are full of shops and bars, but actual castle is nothing much

Yes you can just go and wander around free of charge. Lovely views over Parga bay. Don't know about the cafe opening times but expect it would be expensive. It's not a vast area to visit so cafes in town are aplenty.

Just walk up the pedestrian street at the back of the beach. It is lined with shops and bars, so you can just stroll up the street at your own pace. At the top of the street just turn left and you have arrived. Well worth... More
