Small and very nice shop selling jewels and ceramics, in the heart of Chania old town. Both jewels and ceramics are designed and manufactured by the owners, and reflect their culture and their high level of design sensibility. Worth while visiting even if not interested to buy, just to enjoy the sight.

Having just arrived back from Chania. I have realised that I have made a big mistake by not purchasing the most beautiful Aqua Marine ring. The shop is mesmerising, with lots of nooks and crannies where the work is presented. Having a drink at Fagotto's opposite I was drawn into the shop time after time. It sounds unfair to call... Carmela is so lovely, and she really has a gift for helping people find the pieces that really suit them best. She spent at least an hour with me to make sure I bought the "right" pieces for me. And find the perfect gift for my mother. In regards to the work, it's fantastic. The jewelry is beautifully designed, elegant... More

My daughter and I have just spent a lovely afternoon in the company of Carmela and her beautiful things. We tried on pieces of jewellery and she critiqued each one of how it suited us. Spent far more than I expected to but have come away with a selection of beautiful pieces and lots of lovely memories. Each piece is... More

In a town with lots of t-shirt and tourist junk shops, this one is a special gem. She has great taste and the prices of her items are reasonable. There is both jewelry, ceramics, pottery and simple paintings. A lovely selection and she is charming. I am glad we stumbled on her shop and would definitely return when in Chania... More

My wife and I discovered by chance Carmela’s shop many years ago when we were roaming around Chanià old city and since them our last stop in Crete, where we spent our summer holidays, is there: we have never been disappointed. Carmela is a kind and charming lady whose hospitality put you at ease. You can relax in her tiny... More

My favourite shop in Crete with the loveliest warm and friendly owners. They have some beautiful pieces of jewellery, all so lovely and unique displayed in the most interesting of ways. The ceramics and artwork also stunning, many of the pieces created by the owners Carmela and her husband. I do wish I could just pop back and bring home... More

What a wonderful place to spend some time. No 2 pieces the same. All work done on premises. Very lovely lady working there. Not pushy at all, she seemed happy just to have us wandering about. One of the nicest shops in Chania.
