Pretty family beach

One of the nicer beaches that is easily accessible if the gate is unlocked. On the Caribbean, sandy, some shade. Good for wading or swimming.

We arrived for the day via P and O Britannia, and looked up the best beach on TA before we left home.. Lots of folks said Valley Church was good, and they were not wrong... Excellent azure calm waters.. soft silky sand... there is a shelf that goes steeply into the water, but its not too bad.. 2 sunbeds, brolly... More

Visited many beaches on Antigua and this beach was by far the nicest. Umbrella rental, open air restaurant, lovely soft white sand, good for snorkelling, floating water park, ample free parking - Valley Church Beach has it all.

Recently visit Antigua aboard P&O ship Azura. Jumped a taxi to this beach, on arrival was met by a guy by the name of Neck, he sorted our location &sunbeds. The beach and sand was beautiful, nice bar and cafe with free WiFi.

Beautiful beach with black pineapple nearby Not sure if the snorkeling is as the water was cloudy and it also rained while we were there

Great beach, first day there we were pretty much by ourselves. On the days the cruise ships come in it gets super crowded so probably best to head up to Darkwood. The Nest bar and restaurant is good enough, varying degrees of friendliness.

I have no idea how this beach can possibly get 1 and 2 star reviews from anyone that doesn't have a negative agenda. First off, please do your research before going. My wife and I were amazed at all the people we could hear complaining of the small sea shell bed before getting into the water, or the slight drop... More

Stopped here on the way back from an island tour. Beautiful stretch of long quiet beach. Definitely worth a view and just around the corner from Jolly Beach

We stopped at Valley Church Beach on an island tour and were amazed with the colour and clearness of the water. The vista is spectacular and sand so white.

The colour of the Caribbean Sea with the higher elevations in the background are stunning. It gives me sense of what it must be like in the South Pacific.
