Funicular dos Guindais is an easy way of not having to walk up. Entrance is right at the bridge and the ride costs 2.50 EURO. The view is ok - not spectacular. It saves you from walking up and it is woth it.

A fun trip, about 2 minutes, so a bit pricey at 2.50 euros. But clean and efficient and good view of the arched iron bridge.

I can't really comment of the views as it was so crowded we couldn't see anything. It was abit like being in a sardine can. It did save abit of a walk that's really the only positive I have.
