A delightful and lovely square where you can enjoy the splendour of the architecture and just watch the world go by.



A great place to see the movement of the city. Between the more historical city centre and the streets with traffic.

Visited Toural for two nights late in January. Have stayed here in the past. A couple of years on it is still excellent. All staff are great, nothing too much trouble Centrally situated, nice rooms and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

From what I expected this was different. Setting was good as were quite a number of building aroud the Place. I fount it dificult to see how they could have helf bullfights here.

Lined with beautiful buildings and nice cafés and restaurants, this square is a perfect place for a rest and for people watching. Check out the building at the North end with its fascinating turreted roof.

This place in the center of Guimarães is very particular and a beautiful contemporary architectonic and urbanistic project. In this picture is not possible to see the trees in a kind of park/ bois/ bosque in the middle of the city.
