We walked up here...about an hour's walk from town. Only 3 euros to get in. Open 10am-1pm and 3pm-5pm. Nice little garden with a cafe. Numerous birds including an emu, parrot, doves, chickens and budgies. One chipmunk. About an hour and a half is enough...More

It's a tiny, beautiful garden which is beautifully designed with little streams running round the gardens. There are lots of beautiful birds which look well cared for. There is an emu which looked a bit scary and we found a friendly little cat wandering around....More

Visited this little place twice now. It’s a difficult place to review depending on your opinion of keeping birds etc captive. The flora and fauna are fascinating and mostly labelled. The birds all seem well kept and looked after. The two that steal the show...More

I love animals so I was excited to visit. Upon arrival it was very quiet with only a few others around. The place itself is small as expected and has some lovely birds there. However both the macaw near the cafe and the VIP parrot...More

Brilliant visit here. Lots of birds to see. Very well kept grounds, friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who had never been. Doesn't take long to get around, probably about an hour but it's worth a visit.

Although a lot of the planting schemes came from far and wide such as South Africa, the overall effect was a lovely English Country garden. The trial we followed was just enough on a warm/hot afternoon.
