Canyoning in the Ribeiro Frio (Cold River) is a beginner tour with 5 abseils (15 metres) and 5 jumps (4 metres), all optional, but perfect no matter if you do canyoning the first time or not. The tour guides did a great job, making one to feel always safe and being entertaining. We had been a group of 2 couples.... More

Thank you to the both guides Felipe and Felipe for making my Canyoning experience one of the highlights of my trip to Madeira. Though it was my 1st time, they made me feel relaxed and safe in their expertise. Being in harmony with nature and the waterfall was an exhilarating experience. We finished of our trip sweetly with a well... More

It's a great adventure, scary if you're scared of heights, but really pays off if you get over your fear and let yourself mold into madeira's amazing wild scenery

Even knowing that the weather predictions were rain, we decided to do the canyoning. In the middle of nature, with breathtaking landscapes, very well equipped, and with a team always looking after you, making sure that you are safe and having fun at the same time, i cant imagine a better thing to do!

When I was on Madeira I just wanted to relax and clear my head, until I was convinced to do some canyoning. It was really awesome! The welcome was really nice and got a positive vibe of what to expect. Ruby and Hugo are really relaxed and will make everybody feel comfortable, sharing their passion for both nature and adventurous... More

This was the first time i have ever done this activity and i am sure happy to have done it with these guys, they are very good at what they do, they have all the equipment that you need and they are very friendly, plus they have a sence of humour. For a begginer course the one we did was... More

My wife and I did a canyoning trip with Ruby and Hugo of Harmony in Nature on October 3, 2016. We are both about 50 years old and thoroughly enjoyed the trip! We hiked down into the canyon, did the trip, and hiked out of the canyon. We hadn't repelled before but Hugo and Ruby provided instructions and we were... More

I did a lot of research as to which outfitter we would do the canyoning. I'm glad I selected Harmony in Nature. They provide new wetsuits, new shoes (same as they wear, some outfitters wore rubber shoes which are very slippery/dangerous). I learned they are the company that set the hooks in the rocks (engineers did), and now other companies... More
