This is a truly wonderful place to visit. The gardens are well laid out and have a huge number of different plants and trees etc. The water gardens are spectacular as are is the Japanese gardens. The viewpoints give great views over Funchal. The gardens are worth visiting no…

Palace
We had a lovely time here. We liked the African sculptures, the lunch was good in the little cafe. The gardens were beautiful with surprises around every corner. We got the cable car up to here and back down again.

Amazing park
