Interesting mixture of modern architecture, gardens, fountains and riverside views. The cable car was a good way to view the area. Don't miss the 'volcano' fountains on the road inland parallel to the riverfront.

It's a great part of Lisbon, vibrant and full of stuff to do and visit, be it the Oceanarium, Casino or the Vasco da Gama shopping center. If you're in town while a concert in on, go to Pavilhão Atlantico, otherwise just enjoy the space...More

A really good part of town, and it seems to be getting busier in and around the park and Vasco de Gama shopping centre in general. It seems to be far-better connected to the rest of town and of course only a couple of stops...More

Many cities who have hosted Expos are left with an abandoned and run down area in little less than a few months. Lisbon started the right way; they built the Expo site for how it could be sued AFTER the Expo. As a result Lisbon...More

Quite the modern part of lisbon, it is near a shopping mall and there are loads of restaurants for various preferences. There is also a cable car operating at the bay area that costs around 10 euros for a person.

Few modern buildings with nice places to take pictures. You can as well admire Europe's longest bridge. Vasco da gama tower is nothing special. You should take cable car for air walk towards Vasco da gama tower. It is fun, but rather quick and it...More

Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s
mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and
structures that once were the home of all the Expo's
attractions and exhibits are still culturally and
artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll
explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping
center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car
ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the
