Gives a good view over the Nations area. Nice option if you already walked along the area and want to go back in a different way. Discount with Lisboa Card.

After a walk we took the telecabine only in one direction. Although you can pay and go both ways. We had with us a kid under 2 and we didn't have to pay anything for him. We were able to take also the stroller inside the cabin. The weather was very nice and the view quite impressive. A short but... More

We took metro to orient on the red line and walked straight into a shopping centre which has everything.you can buy drinks lunch and treats to take back home from a supermarket..continue through the mall and you'll reach the outside where you turn right straight towards the cable cars..about 10 minute walk..we didn't have to queue and we paid 5.9... This telecabine doesn't really go anywhere but gives you a good view of the river, bridge and quayside. Worth a trip if you actually need to get to the other end!

We hopped on after our visit to the Oceanarium. Great views across the river and the waterfront. Worth a visit €4 one way per adult. Takes about 15 minutes then you can walk back along the waterfront or back to the Metro. Loads of restaurants to choose from if you need to eat.

Short ride with nice views of the area right on the waters edge. If you're close by it's worth doing. Wouldn't go out of my way to specifically get to this. Bought a round trip ticket but they closed before I could return. Was a short walk back so no harm done...just a few euros for each way per person.... More

Really really lovely views and only €3.50! Go on a nice day and you get views across the whole area, no complaints here.

You gain an aerial view of the immediate area. It's rather short and not that inspiring. You see just as much from the ground, so it's only worth it for the novelty factor gaining a different perspective. We only had a very short wait for our trip, I would not recommend if there was a long wait.

We've been at the Tejo at a beautiful day. Nice ride, fair price and great view over the river. We chose one way and was ok not to take a return trip. But definitely worth doing.

After walking along the front from the Oceanarium and seeing the little parks along the way we decided to take the cable car back as we had our little boy with us. He loved it, very high up and some pretty good views of modern Lisbon - don't expect to see the old town though. Very reasonably priced as well.
