Nice party, not so alternative as advertised here

So as we don't like mainstream clubs, we went here at 2 am on Saturday after drinking in Bairro Alto area. It was very crowded and a small entrance fee (5 eur and you get a free... read more

I had the same experience as the previous poster. Was allowed in on a very quiet Thursday night but refused entry by the same doorman on the Saturday. I stood there and watched a group of locals allowed in, no problem but was told that my group wasn't welcome as we were British! We are 5 respectable and educated 40... More

The music sounded good from the outside but the bouncer is embarrassingly old school racist...!! The same bouncer was more than happy to let us in on a quiet Thursday but on a Saturday it was a different story,.?? Literally 10 Portuguese men were allowed in together but 4 well behaved Brits are deemed surplus to requirements.... Appalling racism of... More

So as we don't like mainstream clubs, we went here at 2 am on Saturday after drinking in Bairro Alto area. It was very crowded and a small entrance fee (5 eur and you get a free drink). Overall it was nice, even if I didn't like the music so much, people were dancing, atmosphere was nice and you can... More

Incognito is the oldest and reliable club in Lisbon. Ok, the space is not the most appealing but it compensate with the best music in Lisbon (non-mainstream, mostly indie rock kind of sound). The feeling is very casual, the front door staff (Rui and Catarina) are the most professional, efficient and polite I've ever seen around the world. Get ready... More

The place is not that big so it can get crowed very easily. Music is great. We paid entrance 5 euros, but we got drink for that so I don't think it is very expensive. Don't go there too early because it starts to warm up around 2am. Great place to dance until the early morning.

Small bar, great atmosphere, great staff and the music is just the best if you are in the alternative scene.

We were walking back to the hotel from Barrio Alto when we passed the bar by. We heard a song we liked and decided to have one more drink. Turned out to be the best night in Lisbon. Nice crowd, good music and nice coctails!

if your into the alternative music scene then this is a great place to visit, however it only hots up about 1.30am but when it does it's cool, i heard music here that i do not here anywhere else except my private collection, no cover charge on our visit {thursday night} and a seriously cool DJ who is very friendly... Was really looking forward to going here after hearing about it. We were after a dance down an indie club while we were away and this looked like the place to go. After dragging everyone down from the Bairro Alto bars to here in the pouring rain, we were so disappointed to find it was expensive to get in (€10... More
