Worth stopping by day or by night to take photos and just to see the majestic views of Lisbon and the river.

Visited this viewing point as part of a day tour. In my opinion, this place offers the best viewing point in Lisbon. There is also a small chapel up here. Best to take a transport up here.

In the Graca area of old Lisbon, a short walk from the main street, is this incredible Miradouro, or viewpoint from which you can see the old town in all its beauty. We went one evening at sunset and it really had the wow factor.

One of the best viewpoints in Lisbon! The castle and Santa Justa lift provide great views, but if there is one other viewpoint to visit, then make it this one! Not far to walk from the Tram stop (Tram 28)

The best viewing spot of town, where you can see the Castle and the Tagus Bridge on a distance and all the neighbourhood bellow. Try and be there for the sunset and you are on for a treat.

My wife and I have been together since we were 13, she's a very rare thing in the world in that she is effortlessly above all the distractions and BS that exists in society, she is without vanity, greed, materialism. She is beautiful. The perfect travelling companion. We began travelling together at 16, little school trips skiing, typical stuff and... More

Staying in Graca & Sao Vicente

Neighbourhood Profile
Graca & Sao Vicente
You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.
