This area is set around the Marina so there are shops and restaurants to visit. Appears to be one coffee shop the locals all enjoy.
Lots of boats, views of the sea and the town, pretty spot but not the best in Cascais. Good enough for a quick visit.

There are a few shops and cafes, none of them cheap! But this is a lovely quiet area for a sunny stroll.
A few shops and restaurants. A pleasant place to spend a couple of hours on a sunny day. Also, within the fort there is a luxury hotel with several other restaurants to while away an afternoon.
