I thought to start with that it was a tailor's dummy on a plinth but looking closer it was much more substantial. Represential sculpture leaves me cold

A busy part of the shopping area, where you cross the road to the marina and the market stalls. If parking near here, make sure you buy a ticket, as the wardens are around all the time.

Spent an hour or two most days in this atmospheric town square. Restaurants and shops all around. Good food in the restaurants with street musicians providing entertainment.

A landmark of "fantasy" located in the central square of Lagos .... an ideal location to meet. Lots of coffee shops in the vicinity, and the towns shopping centre

Upon viewing the statue the first time my family concluded 1. The sculptor had to be related to the patron or city official funding it or 2. Hard drugs are more of a problem here than we imagined. Our individual comments ranged from "huh" to...More
