We came here a few times on our recent holiday but it was so hot and the sunshades were not big enough we really couldn't stay very long. The beach is lovely and when the tide is right the water is great.

Can you advise if any parts of this beach are accessible by wheelchair? I understand there is a boardwalk but not sure if suitable for wheelchair? Are there paths to the beach from Lagos or is it via the road?

Most of the beach has car parks and cafes and restaurants. I'm not too sure if a wheelchair can use the beach as the boardwalks are short and the sand soft away from the tide. It may be best if you check with the Lagos... More

There is a bus that serves that area, you just have to ask for the timetable. Also the little train, and it is walking distance from the town center, depending which part of Meia praia you are and considering it is a 3 miles... More
