Brugge City Hall is a wonderful building, architecturally as well as artistically. It is quite old, dating as far back as the 12th or 13th century. It is amazingly decorated and it has a number of very interesting exhibits for visitors. Definitely worth a visit.

Who knew City Hall and the Council Chambers could be so beautiful. Each wall tells a story which you can read about from a card presented to you in the Council Chambers. It really is worth a visit!

This place is just wonderful both indoors and out. The outside of the building just adds to the surrounding buildings and adds to the historic area

The most stunning Town Hall I have ever seen. What confidence and wealth there must have been in Brugge all those years ago. Stunning.

This was a nice place to spend 20-30 minutes away from the square. The 6€ fare is reasonable. The hall itself is impressive, there are written guides that explain its creation, and a side hall that gives a brief potted history of the development of...More
