Pretty and peaceful, something different and cultural to see

Very picturesque with a lovely Church. We visited the small museum which was something different, and very cheap entry. Nice to see something of the culture of the region

Silence and no photos are the order of the day. A pleasant place to wander round though nothing special in what is a very special city. Can be pleasant in summer when tourists flood the city.

We took a walk through the Begijnhof when visiting Bruges. It's a very pretty & peaceful place to walk. There is a store with plenty of religious items to buy. Nice way to make your way into the city.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time walking around the Beguinage. The atmosphere is so peaceful! It was very cold, the sun was shining, the light on the little houses was so soft and beautiful, it was really lovely. The whole area is great actually, I recommend you continue to the lake and walk all around, it's a gorgeous part of... More

Lovely area to visit - this is where you can pick up a horse and carriage. Visit by land and boat to see the swans.

Wonderful place to visit a must see when traveling to Bruges. You can also get a quick glimpse of this when taking a horse carriage ride from the Main Square as this is the location where the horses take a five minute rest. But I would recommending going to see this also when you have more time to spend.

This tranquil refuge for ladies who found themselves single but who did not wish to take vows is totally unexpected. Away from the bustle of Bruges centre it is an insight into a Bruges of the past.

My favourite place in the whole of Belgium Truly feels like the Venice of Europe. We went there in the winters, can't even imagine how pretty it will be during summers!

Dry leaves, trees, Middle Ages houses and buildings, swan in the lake. It is exactly what you think when someone says Fairy Tale. You have the opportunity for some great photos and the place is super ideal for couples as it is really romantic. It is 10-15 mins walk from the city center. Just in case you want to combine...
