Thought we would give this a try for a laugh, its quite short but was informative. Everything you could want to know about potatoes and chips. Got a huge portion of chips from the cafe downstairs which we would recommend.

I thought this was a funny, quirky little museum and I really enjoyed it. There was a good range of information and it was a good way to spend and hour. The discounted frites were also great!

If you are really interested into the story of the potatoe and how it got to Europe, belgium Fries etc, go here. It's interesting and funny. You can also get a combi Ticket for entrance at the choco Story as Well, so save some euros and do both!

I'm so glad I came here.I was pressured by my wife ,who said its my birthday I can do anything I won't. The museum was full of Fasinating facts well displayed and one could write a PHD thesis on the potatoe after visiting here. Even enjoyed the fries on leaving.

It is a museum about potatoes and chips (fries, frittes) so don't go with any preconceptions about a major cultural awakening. It is fun, informative and well put together. Some of it is quite tongue in cheek, but overall it is superb fun. Get the combined ticket for here and the Choco Story - children will love this museum, as... More

So we thought museum about fries? Let's give it a try! It is literally the most boring museum I have ever been to and you don't even get free fries at the end. I am only giving a 1 because the fries that I did buy in the cafe were delicious. Top tip: Don't go! Go and get a waffle... More

Here's a tip, read about the origins of potatoes and fries on Wikipedia and spend your seven euros on a few beers. Here's another tip: don't buy a drink from the cafe unless you are rich! This place does however sell the cheapest fridge magnets in Bruges.
