A good museum for those who are interested in Military history. The collection is superb but the presentation is a bit old and needs updating. However well worth a visit

Excellent museum - especially the aircraft and tanks section. Don't forget to go up the lift to the top of the arches for a great view (left hand side entry as you come in). Only 5 euros pp (no cash) which is great value.

You could not only spend the day here, but you could probably get lost in this museum! Beautiful building and an amazing display of all military history. We spent a few hours here and I'm afraid of all the great things we missed!? Pack a...More

Truly incredible building / architecture. You have to step back form it to see it in all its glory - huge in scale. Nice for a quick visit.

If you have any interest in military history, this museum is a must visit. The most complete collection of weapons, uniforms, aircraft and accouterments that I have ever seen. More than can be appreciated in one visit.

One of the best military museums I've seen - very well organized. It's more like a journey, than museum visit. Expect to spend there at least 2-3 hours.

A really good museum. The big hall had dozens of aircraft. Spectacular. Very good WW2 exhibition. I just wish I'd had more time there. Aand all for a bargain €5.

What an amazing collection of firearms, uniforms, swords! Aviation hangar was also really impressive. There's a small cafe in the aviation hangar to enjoy. You can park literally in front of the museum for free.

Best way is by Metro. Stop at Schuman and and ask for Park Cinquantenaire. It is on the left once you cross the Arch de Triumph.

If you want to visit every hall and floor, you need a day for an extensive visit and a few hours for a walk-through.
